They are typically a six to twelve person operation. They are considered nemesis for the [[people:Nye Guys]], given the antagonism between nerds and jocks, but they don't exclude other targets. 

They are led by a man named Frank who goes by the moniker "The Official". The group members tend to be very good athletes with a cruel streak. They clearly are fond of chemical enhancements.

Currently they are doing a soccer theme in honor of the World Cup.
