The Double Dollar has a reputation as a tough bar. There are rumors of fights and shootings there weekly.

The Double Dollar is run by Ralph Harris. He was formally known in the city as the villain Tombstone Charlie, but retired when his partner, the Hearse, was killed in a busted robbery. Ralph doesn't care for heroes. He cares less for the police. What he does care about is a heavy spender and someone with some good stories.

The inside of the bar is decorated in typical biker style, with chrome and leather accessories. A pool table dominates one part of the main room. In the corner is a booth fashioned from the chassis of a Oldsmobile '57 hearse. Only the most important patrons are allowed there.

Ralph typically has at least two employees on hand to keep the crowds under control.
