Witch-It

Debra Kadabra is a perky little 15 year old on the hunt for adventure. She doesn't let her total lack of physical coordination slow her down, it just makes her keep trying! She goes by the moniker Witch-It. She has the ability to manipulate objects in a kind of techno-magic manner. They work, but only because she made them.

Her parents (Cliff and Martha) have no idea of her after-school activities, they think she's in band. The band instructor, April, knows that she's using band as an excuse to do something else, but hasn't tracked down exactly what yet.

She has a pair of twin sisters, Hokey and Pokey, who love to get into trouble. They typically use her as a focus of her pranks. Her Aunt Tilly also has the talent, but not to the same extent. Her father had a twin brother named Marmaduke.

She has some associates, Youree the goth, Ally the martial artist.

Witch It can't quite “restructure” so much as she “re-purposes” the individual components of a machine. Her ability to create/recreate things is limited by her own abilities. She may be able to grok how most mechanical things function (high Crafts), but she couldn't create micronized cold fusion engines (very, very high Lore) without detailed plans. Similarly she could probably improve the function of a computer, but wouldn't be the person who might be able to use it the best.

Exploding things is easier. Sabotage simply means throwing a wrench in the works and letting things unravel from there.
