+The Double Dollar has a reputation as a tough bar. There are rumors of fights and shootings there weekly.
+The Double Dollar is run by [[people:Ralph Harris]]. He was formally known in the city as the villain Tombstone Charlie, but retired when his partner, the Hearse, was killed in a busted robbery. Ralph doesn't care for heroes. He cares less for the police. What he does care about is a heavy spender and someone with some good stories.
+The inside of the bar is decorated in typical biker style, with chrome and leather accessories. A pool table dominates one part of the main room. In the corner is a booth fashioned from the chassis of a Oldsmobile '57 hearse. Only the most important patrons are allowed there.
